Sure. I mean, I think that thinking of the people who, who were very helpful. You know, so [name], the administrator, very experienced administrator. She took me seriously. She heard what I was saying. She didn't try to offer solutions. She didn't try to tell me how to feel about how I was feeling [laugh]. She listened, she took it in, she took me seriously. And then, you know, she was appropriately sympathetic. But she didn't try, she didn't try to mother me. You know, it was just - it was professional but it was, it - She knew her way around the system.
