Understand the team's strengths. Diversity is key in any team. A diverse team is a strong team. And as long as you can understand people's strengths, you will build a strong team, and they will be much better than a team that is all the same. And there's a reason it's called neurodiversity. It's - As long as you can, it will help you build a good team. No matter who's in your team, I would say understanding them is absolutely key. And understanding everybody's strengths, not just that disability.
