Yes. I think it is - if you've never had to manage, you know, long term pain, I think it's difficult to understand what that is like. And just how much time and energy that has to go into thinking about your day. You know? Whether you're going to be able to do what you want to be able to do, or what is expected of you. And I think to - So I think to line managers I would say, you know, do try and draw out of your staff what they need. Help them to think about what they need. And I, and I think just reassurance, to say - you know - we want, we want you to be able to come to work and it to be a positive experience. And for you, as well as - you know - what you're contributing to, to the team. And how can we make that happen?
