I think the biggest thing for me is understand your strengths. Where the big turning point for me came when I started to understand my strengths. There are a lot of different tools out there, things like the learning styles toolkits. Myers Brigg. Things like - Just doing - to sitting alongside the educational psychologist's report, and actually just doing as - looking at as many of those different things as possible, to understand your strengths and your weaknesses. And how you can apply those. And understanding that you have strengths. And that the important thing is to find a job that works with those, and a manager that works with those. And those are out there.
