Video clip: Ruth advises talking to your manager, as they can help put measures in place to help.

And you may have to unlearn some things, and start to learn some new things, and it takes a while and you need patience, and you need - you need your manager, and people round you to be aware, in some cases, that you might need a bit more time to adjust to a new way of working. So I would - if it's in the work environment that you're, you're making some changes, I would want to encourage people to talk to their manager and get their support. And, and help their manager to understand. Because I think often, you know, there's unintentional pressure put on people to work faster or whatever, and that actually they could wait a bit longer, they just don't realise that it's going to be difficult for you.
