I think. Yeah. I think I'd tell myself to have the courage to be honest about my physical needs. And to try to find those, a solution to the problems I faced in coming back to work. Rather than just trying to find a way to manage it myself. And I'm - I do think that. I do think my experience at work could have been better, in the early stages of working here, had I flagged up my, my needs a bit more. Yeah. And I, and I think the small changes that can be made can make a huge difference, you know, least of all just flagging up your needs and using your voice to say, you know - being heard, I think is really important.
