Video clip: Through a phased return to work, including working at home, Sue was able to continue doing the work that no one else in her team was able to do.

They were very supportive. Very supportive. I was able to do some work from home, once I was a little bit more mobile. I did just a little bit, just the odd bit here and there, to keep things ticking over. Because I - there's nobody who does my job if I'm not there.

So there were certain things that had to be, had to be moved on. But it was fortunate that it was in a quieter time of the year. So yeah, some, somehow we - somehow we managed. But yeah, I didn't - I didn't feel under pressure in that sense to get back to work. Yeah. I felt that the support and the, you know - that I could just go, go at my own pace.
