Interview excerpt: Devon reflects on how the uncertainty of her condition made it difficult to plan longer term.
© Disability NarrativesWell, and I do think a lot of it is because it's been - These issues have been, been going on really in six month blocks. Like, well we'll give this six months and then assess. And then six months, and then assess. And during all of those blocks, I was thinking at the end that this is just a temporary issue, and at the end of this time then I'll be able to, to go back to, to the full spectrum of work, and - and be able to do all of that. So, I - I've been kind of holding onto that, and not really doing, this is probably something I'm going to just have to deal with [on a longer term basis].
