Yeah. I didn't know, no. Even I thought they were just doctors that, you know. I kept thinking am I going, am I having two doctors? Am I having a NHS doctors or you know. So I didn't understand their role, at the time. And you know, I - you know. Yeah [laugh]. So, I asked him, "So, what do you do?” I asked him that [laughs] so I'm seeing you, I've told you how I felt. And then what?" "What do you do for me"? So they explained anyway, you know, they will have to come up - you know - to inform the managers. So it's a very good tool. So they feed back to the managers that you know what, handle this person with this type of care.
