Roberta did not feel her department knew what else could be done for her back pain and migraines, other than a DSE assessment.

But you go to the departmental, and you just get fobbed off. Or they say "Go and do the online [DSE] test" [laughs]. They just send you to the online test. And I'll say, "I've tried that. And [it is has not helped], what's next?" "I'll get back to you." And then, you know, two or three weeks later - so I email again - "Oh yeah, yeah - I'll look into that." And it's just a constant. There's no follow-up.
