I think that's one of the wonderful things about being there three days a week, because I spend more time not being there, than there [laughing] and therefore have less close relationships with my colleagues who, for me naturally, seem to turn into friends. But because I'm not there very often or as much, they've tended to stay as quite professional relationships.
