And my previous department, they took an awful long time to decide who was going to buy it, and how it was going to be bought. In my current job, the occupational health report was sent in, and we'd agreed my starting date, and the next day I got an email from my line manager saying that she'd bought the light box. And when I arrived it was all unpacked and set up on my desk already, and it had been PAT tested and plugged in. It was amazing. I felt so loved [laughing].
