Do you think the Athena Swann is a good initiative?

Yes, yes, because it makes people aware of the problem and I think they are rather good about actually using data to try and work out what to do. So they're saying, you know this is the problem, think about it. You've got to keep records, you've got to do interviews fairly, dot, dot, dot, keep records so you think what you're doing. And I think that's a good way to go about it. So things have changed.
